Our home inspection service is a visual inspection of the structural elements and systems which are accessible at the time of inspection. The fee includes 1 trip to the property, so be sure to request prior to the inspection from the seller or Real Estate Agent that important areas like the electric panel and all attic access is unobstructed.
If the property is vacant at time of inspection verify prior to the inspection that all utilities are on and A/C, refrigerator and water heater should be turned on 24 hrs prior to inspection and set at normal running temperatures.

With mccabe Home Inspection Services you will have your report that evening and if present at the end of the inspection I will give you a verbal summary on site at the end of the inspection. You know right away what problems exist and whether there are any serious issues.

This typically includes:

  • Foundation / Structural
  • Roofing
  • Exterior, walls, siding etc...
  • Porches
